Scene quality standards
Telegraph.co.uk - 1 hour ago
Due to the incredibly increasing quality of the releases in the NDS scene, a new quality rule has been set. Much better than a simple pre-store, releasing a title before it's even been designed by a game developer! With such a gem, groups will gain +1 point.
